Joe O’Toole, Development director main focus is leading, enhancing and progressing all investments within the company.

Previously working as Housing Director in the supported living sector for a housing provider, Joe has focused on the delivery of intensive housing management, working closely with care providers, local authorities and housing benefit departments.

Aaron Copitch leads on property acquisitions and is constantly sourcing new opportunities for Warwick Investments to develop or acquire.
