Part of one transaction that we made of 69 apartments. It is a development of 31 apartments, comprising of two bedrooms in each apartment. This is one of our favourite developments as the location and building is second to none. The site is vacant at the moment as it has only just been completed.

The site was vacant when purchased yet we have managed to let most apartments and we have sold some of the apartments in the last few years.

This part-completed development took us just one year to turn into a wonderful example of Victorian architectural design. The original building had six apartments but we have turned it in to a great eight apartment development.
